Overview

Forest Therapy (also known as forest bathing or shinrin-yoku) is a research-backed, gentle and guided practice that supports physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing through mindful connection with nature. In a professional setting, it offers a profound way to:

  • Reduce stress and burnout
  • Improve focus and clarity
  • Strengthen team cohesion and resilience
  • Increase creativity and emotional intelligence

These sessions are not hikes or workouts, but structured and accessible experiences that invite your team to slow down, recharge, and deepen their connection to themselves and the world around them.

"Perfect for team bonding."

Session Format

Each Forest Therapy session is usually 2 - 2.5 hours in total and includes:

  • A short introduction to the practice and its benefits
  • Slow time in nature
  • A series of gentle optional invitations to connect with the senses and environment
  • Periods of quiet reflection and optional group sharing
