Collection: Forest Therapy

"Into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul"

Also known as Forest Bathing or Nature Immersion, this is a gentle, evidence-based practice that supports your wellbeing through deep connection with nature.

As a fully qualified and insured Forest Therapy Practitioner, I guide you through a gentle sequence of invitations to help quiet the mind, balance the nervous systems, and reconnect with your senses. Together, we will create room for rest, reflection, and reconnection — with the land, with your inner self, and with each other. You don’t need to be fit, forest-savvy, or spiritual — just willing to go slow.
