Reconnect with Nature Through one of our Growing Wilder Forest Therapy Events

Book your place on a guided Forest Bathing session in Lancashire. Also known as Shinrin-Yoku or nature-immersion, these gentle, evidence-based sessions support your wellbeing through deep connection with nature.

As a fully qualified and insured Forest Therapy Practitioner, I guide you through a gentle sequence of invitations to help quiet the mind, balance the nervous system, and reconnect with your senses. Together, we create room for rest, reflection, and reconnection — with the land, with your inner self, and with each other.

What to Expect

  • Sessions last 2–2.5 hours
  • We move slowly through the landscape with gentle sensory invitations
  • Time for stillness, optional sharing, and simply being with nature
  • Each session closes with a foraged tea ceremony and grounding practice
  • Maximum 10 people per group session

All are welcome — especially those feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or tender-hearted. You don't need to be fit, forest-savvy, or spiritual — just willing to go slow.

Sessions run in all weathers (rain or shine) and are only cancelled in high winds or storms where the forest would be dangerous. Wear comfy, weather-appropriate clothing.

Look out for our next release of special edition nature finds and handmade items.
