Forest Therapy, also known as Shinrin-yoku or forest bathing, is a gentle, evidence-based practice of spending mindful time in nature. As a fully qualified and insured Forest Therapy Practitioner, I guide you through gentle invitations to help quiet the mind, balance the nervous system, and reconnect with your senses.

Sessions run in Lancashire woodlands, parks, and nature reserves - in all weathers, rain or shine.
