ROOT TO RISE Crossing the Threshold into 2026 An Intention Setting Workshop Saturday 17 January 2026 10.00am–1.00pm Cedar Farm, Mawdesley Hosted by Rachael (Growing Wilder) & Andrea (Bodhana Awakening Arts) Held in the New Moon energies of Capricorn, Root to Rise is an immersive three-hour workshop to prepare you to transition into this next upcoming cycle.

ROOT to RISE is an invitation to pause at the threshold, to root deeply, release what no longer serves, and call in your intentions to support you to rise with clarity and focus for the year ahead.

We will begin in circle, with a heart-opening ceremonial cacao to experience sharing and connection. The workshop has been designed as an interactive container and supported with grounded and embodied practices that reconnect you with the earth, your breath and your body. 

You will experience:

• Opening Cacao Circle
• Grounding Meditation
• Embodied Practices
• Breathwork and Somatic Movement
• Release Ritual
• Intention Setting
• Creative Expression and Vision Boarding (all materials are included)
• A take-home ritual kit designed to support you beyond the workshop.

This workshop is held as a women-centred space and it is our intention to create a supportive and inclusive container for those who feel called to join and share this experience with us. Where participants feel seen, heard and supported. Where all of you is welcomed. Where you are invited to arrive exactly as you are. No previous experience is required.

• You are welcome to bring a blanket and cushion to make a comfortable nest

About Ceremonial Cacao:

About the facilitators: 

Rachael – Growing Wilder

Rachael is a Forest Therapy Practitioner and the founder of Growing Wilder. Her work centres on nature connection, sensory awareness and creating grounded spaces for reflection and restoration. Through forest therapy, ritual and seasonal practices, she supports people to slow down, reconnect and listen more deeply to themselves and the natural world. 

Andrea – Bodhana Awakening Arts

Andrea is an experienced space holder and is trained in many holistic therapies and modalities. She's also a certified Kundalini Dance™️ facilitator and during her training in Bali, was initiated with ceremonial Cacao to offer this beautiful HEART opening medicine alongside her transformational practices.
